DALLAS, TX – [September 22, 2025] - Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW), a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to advancing female leadership in radio, and the National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation (NABLF) remind candidates there is one week left to apply for the 2025 LAUNCH Mentorship Program. Proudly sponsored by Mr. Master and Premiere Networks, the annual program is accepting applications through September 29, 2025. [APPLY HERE]

Launched in 2023, LAUNCH champions emerging female talent in radio with a focus on engineering, audio production, and technical operations. This one-of-a-kind, year-long mentorship pairs a rising professional with a seasoned industry leader for one-on-one coaching and deep exposure to the technical side of broadcasting.

The selected mentee will gain hands-on insight into FCC compliance, RF systems, EAS, IP-based broadcast systems, automation, and network operations. The program also includes key aspects of IT, remote broadcasting, digital audio, streaming, and systems integration, equipping participants with the knowledge and connections to lead in today’s audio landscape. The mentee will also attend the 2026 NAB Show in Las Vegas. Whether pursuing Certified Broadcast Technician (CBT) certification or advancing in radio engineering, LAUNCH turns ambition into expertise.
