This year-long initiative is designed to accelerate the growth and professional development of women in digital radio sales, providing one exceptional female seller or manager with personalized, hands-on mentorship from an accomplished industry leader.
The selected mentee will receive monthly one-on-one coaching from an experienced mentor, access to digital subject-matter experts, and targeted guidance across key areas of digital revenue strategy, including:
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Digital Audio: Streaming and Podcasting
Digital Video and Cross-Platform Integration
Social Media Strategy
Third-Party Vendor Partnerships
Client Needs Analysis (CNA) and ROI Measurement
Overcoming Client Objections
Career Pathing and Sales Leadership Development
Applications are open now to women with a minimum of three years of sales experience who are currently working in radio or digital media sales in the United States. One participant will be selected to receive this exclusive mentorship opportunity.
