Empowering the Next Generation of Women in Broadcast Engineering - Proudly Sponsored by Mr. Master and Premiere Networks
Dallas, Texas (October 16, 2025): Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW), a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to advancing female leadership in radio, and the National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation (NABLF), announce Eunice McNally as the 2026 mentee for the MIW NABLF LAUNCH Program.
Launched in 2023, LAUNCH pairs rising women in radio with senior leaders for a year-long mentorship focused on professional development, practical skills, and career navigation across formats and functions. The program provides access to one-on-one coaching, industry networking, and targeted learning designed to accelerate growth.
Eunice McNally currently serves as Broadcast Operations Manager for Townsquare Media in Texas. Previously, she spent seven years with iHeart, including roles culminating as Assistant Director of Operations. A native Texan, McNally earned her degree in Converged Broadcast Media (Radio/TV & Digital Communications) from the University of North Texas. Passionate about music and radio since age 10, she’s committed to audience-first operations and team collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her pups, running, and playing disc golf with her husband.
“Eunice is exactly the kind of emerging leader LAUNCH was built to champion,” said Sheila Kirby, MIW Board President. “Her hands-on operations experience at Townsquare and iHeart, paired with a learner’s mindset and obvious passion for the craft, signal real leadership potential. We’re excited to provide the mentorship, access, and support that will help her accelerate the next stage of her career.”
“I’m incredibly grateful to MIW and NABLF for this opportunity,” said Eunice McNally. “Radio has been my dream since I was ten years old, and I’m eager to learn from leaders who’ve built great teams and great stations. I’m looking forward to sharpening my operational and leadership skills, and paying that support forward to other women in our industry.”
“Partnering with Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio reflects the NAB Leadership Foundation’s deep commitment to cultivating the next generation of engineers and technologists,” said Michelle Duke, President of the NAB Leadership Foundation. As the industry continues to innovate, we remain dedicated to developing future leaders and expanding opportunities for incredible talent to build careers in local media.”
