“AI is quickly becoming another tool in the content creator’s toolbox, but knowing how to use it effectively while maintaining the authenticity and personality that make great radio compelling is critical,” said Sheila Kirby, Board President of Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio. “This webinar brings together talented broadcasters who are actively experimenting with these tools and can share practical, real-world examples of where AI can add value to the creative process.”
The webinar will explore how content creators can use AI to:
Brainstorm and develop stronger content ideas
Research topics and prepare for shows and interviews
Repurpose on-air content for social, digital and podcast platforms
Create and refine social media and promotional content
Streamline everyday workflows and repetitive tasks
Collaborate with AI while maintaining an authentic voice and point of view
Identify new ways to engage audiences across platforms
Understand where human creativity and judgment remain essential
The 45-minute panel discussion will be followed by a 15-minute audience Q&A, giving attendees an opportunity to ask panelists about the tools, workflows and approaches they are using in their own work.
“AI can help content creators move faster, experiment more and get more mileage out of the work they’re already doing, but the goal isn’t to automate the personality out of radio,” said Meg Dowdy. “We want this session to give attendees practical ideas they can start experimenting with right away while showing how AI can support creativity rather than replace it.”
Registration is free. Additional details and registration information are available HERE.
