Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. and Minnesota Broadcasters Association Announce Jessica Williams as the Second Annual “MIW Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Minnesota” 2023 Mentee

DALLAS, TX (July 13, 2023) The “MIW Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Minnesota” program, a partnership between Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW), a (501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of female leadership in radio broadcasting, and the Minnesota Broadcasters Association, announces Jessica Williams as their 2023 mentee.  

Celebrating its second year, this program provides ongoing coaching and guidance to women radio broadcasters in the state of Minnesota. MIW is committed to providing these state-focused programs throughout the country. Minnesota State Broadcasters, led by President Wendy Paulson was the first state association to partner with MIW, launching the program in 2022.

Jessica Williams started her radio journey in 2017 as a part-time talent. Williams, aka, “Jessica on the Radio” is currently a host on Y-105FM in Rochester, MN, a National AC Host Weekdays from 3pm - 7pm for Townsquare Media, and the Community Outreach Director for the Rochester/Preston Minnesota market. 

MIW Board President Ruth Presslaff said, “Once is great and twice is twice as good! We were so fortunate to work with not only Wendy Paulson and the MBA, but also Ava LaRue, our first mentee. We’re very excited to now welcome Jessica to the fold and continue this great program.”
