MIW Group Mentoring Program

The MIW Group Mentoring Program was established to match a Mentee with female professionals who are leaders in all aspects of the radio industry. All of the MIW's participate in this innovative program.

The MIW's have assisted Mentees with learning more about the ins and outs of the industry, with networking up and down the corporate ladder and with providing guidance for the Mentee to grow her career in whatever direction she chooses.
