Mentoring & Inspiring Women in Radio Biography
Lindsay B. Cerajewski
Lindsay’s achievements in the world of radio sales started almost immediately when she acquired her first account executive position and won “rookie of the year” for the Indianapolis Emmis radio cluster (a 5 station cluster.) Since then, Lindsay became an integral leader and revenue developer for each of her stations winning awards along the way such as “Best Idea Sold,” “All American Employee of the Year,” & “Chairman’s Club.” In 2008, Lindsay was honored with 1 of 15 national scholarships to the inaugural “Rising Through the Ranks” management workshop from the Radio Advertising Bureau, BMI and the MIW group. Lindsay was also awarded 1 of 3 mentorships through the MIW’s Mildred Carter Mentorship Program for the calendar year of 2009. Lindsay Cerajewski currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Media Ad Club of Chicago, and is the Seminar Chairperson within that board. She also is currently serving a 2 year term for Scarborough’s Radio Advisory Board, representing the Central Region. Lindsay was honored to be asked by the MIW’s to sit on the MIW Executive Committee representing the Mildred Carter Mentees (a newly created post on the MIW Executive Committee.) Lindsay received her B.A. in Telecommunications and Business from Indiana University-Bloomington. She is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Sales Institute and is a Certified Solutions-Based Master Facilitator through Creative Resources. She lives in the Old Town Neighborhood in Chicago. |
