(New York, NY) Sept. 12, 2006 – Heidi A. Raphael, Chair of the Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio (MIWs) Group's Mentoring Committee and Director of Corporate Communications for Greater Media, confirmed Michael L. Carter's wish to honor his late grandmother and radio pioneer, Mildred Carter, by launching the 2007 MIW Group Mentoring Program in her name.
