Lisa Decker is the SVP/Market Manager for CBS Radio's five Seattle stations, KBKS-FM, KMPS-FM, KYCW-AM, KYPT-FM and KZOK-FM in Seattle, WA and six Portland stations, KINK-FM, KUPL-FM, KUFO-FM, KLTH-FM, KXJM-FM and KCMD-AM. She has held this position since January 1998 when she was promoted to General Manager of KMPS-FM and KZOK-FM. In September 1998, she was given the General Manager responsibilities for KYPT-FM, KBKS-FM and KYCW-AM.  Was promoted to Regional SVP overseeing up to eight CBS Radio West Coast Markets. 

Ms. Decker got her start in radio as a Sales Assistant for Eastman Radio, Inc. in Seattle during 1981. In 1983 she got her first sales job at a CHR station in Portland, OR. She ran the Eastman Radio office in Seattle during 1984-1985. In 1985 she moved to back to Portland, OR to work for KINK-FM as an Account Exectutive. In 1987 she was promoted to
General Sales Manager of KINK and held that position 1995. In 1995 she moved to Seattle, WA to work at KMPS-FM as General Sales Manager.

In Ms. Decker spare time she contributes to the community as a long-time member of the Seattle Goodwill Board of Directors where she has served as Chairperson.  She also serves on the Arbitron Advisory Council.  She also volunteers her time the Flight Girls Basketball program.

Ms. Decker is a native Northwesterner growing up in Vancouver, WA. In 1981, she graduated with a BA in Communications from Washington State University. She is married and has two daughters.
