For the past 27 years, Cindy has managed stations in Rochester, NY, Albuquerque, NM, Las Vegas, NV and most recently as the Market Manager for Entercom Kansas City. She has worked for companies large and small including Infinity and Clear Channel as well as California Communications and Malrite.

Cindy Schloss grew up in Rochester, NY. After attending art school at Garland Junior College and Rochester Institute of Technology, Cindy took a career path turn and found a home in retail. From a sales clerk to a store manager to a regional manager for a chain of sporting goods, Schloss quickly realized that the time and money didn't match in retail. And after 9 years of retail, Cindy discovered Radio sales. Starting as an Account Executive, Schloss was quickly promoted to Local Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and eventually General Manager and Market Manager.

Today, Cindy is the General Manager for The Broadcast Marketing Group, a media buying firm headquartered in Kansas City that specializes exclusively in placing media for radio stations. The company was started more than 25 years ago and Schloss hopes to carry the company for another 25 years or at least until retirement.

Cindy has always been active in her community and today is on the Board for the Women’s Employment Network and The Boys and Girls Club of Kansas City. She also serves as the Chair for The Kansas Women’s Business Center’s annual dinner.
