Caroline Devine has served as regional vice president of Cox Radio since January 2003, and as vice president and general manager of KSMG-FM and KISS-FM in San Antonio, Texas since 1988. Previously she was a general sales manager for six years with Hicks Communications in Austin Texas. Her radio career began with a sales position with KYKR FM in Beaumont Texas in 1982. Caroline is a long-time Texas resident and graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. She is married with two children and four grandchildren.
